8066612: Add a test that will call getDeclaredFields() on all classes and try to set them accessible
This test use the jrt:/ file system to find the name of all classes, then loads each of them, get their declared fields, and attempt to call setAccessible. Reviewed-by: coffeys, dholmes, plevart
