9b12926ed8 8049304: race between VM_Exit and _sync_FutileWakeups->inc() 
Add PerfDataManager.has_PerfData() to indicate when PerfData objects should be safe to query. Update Java monitor PerfData usage to check the new flag. PerfDataManager::destroy() should only be called at a safepoint and when the StatSampler is not active.

98151c30c8 8012902: remove use of global operator new - take 2 
The fix of 8010992, disable use of global operator new and new[] which caused failure on some tests. This takes two of the bugs also add ALLOW_OPERATOR_NEW_USAGE to prevent crash for third party code calling operator new of jvm on certain platforms.

4a33afe6c4 7003125: precompiled.hpp is included when precompiled headers are not used 
Added an ifndef DONT_USE_PRECOMPILED_HEADER to precompiled.hpp. Set up DONT_USE_PRECOMPILED_HEADER when compiling with Sun Studio or when the user specifies USE_PRECOMPILED_HEADER=0. Fixed broken include dependencies.
