5d63d647c1 8024342: PPC64 (part 111): Support for C calling conventions that require 64-bit ints 
Some platforms, as ppc and s390x/zArch require that 32-bit ints are passed as 64-bit values to C functions. This change adds support to adapt the signature and to issue proper casts to c2-compiled stubs. The functions are used in generate_native_wrapper(). Adapt signature used by the compiler as in PhaseIdealLoop::intrinsify_fill().

e3c38523b2 6865265: JVM crashes with "missing exception handler" error 
Retry the call to fast_exception_handler_bci_for() after it returned with a pending exception. Don't cache the exception handler pc computed by compute_compiled_exc_handler() if the handler is for another (nested) exception.

331512606a 6896647: card marks can be deferred too long 
Deferred card marks are now flushed during the gc prologue. Parallel[Scavege,OldGC] and SerialGC no longer defer card marks generated by COMPILER2 as a result of ReduceInitialCardMarks. For these cases, introduced a diagnostic option to defer the card marks, only for the purposes of testing and diagnostics. CMS and G1 continue to defer card marks. Potential performance concern related to single-threaded flushing of deferred card marks in the gc prologue will be addressed in the future.
