AltHashing used jint the way of juint in bit shifting which could lead loss of precision. Fix by change _seed defined as juint.

Fix the build without precompiled headers by either including the missing ".inline.hpp" files into the appropriate files or by turning inline-functions declared in header files into ordinary functions in ".cpp" files.

When java process crashed in compiler thread, repeat the compilation process will help finding root cause. This is done with using SA dump application class data and replay data from core dump, then use debug version of jvm to recompile the problematic java method.
