88577971d0 8043722: Swapped usage of idx_t and bm_word_t types in parMarkBitMap.cpp 
Clean up usage of idx_t and uintptr_t when using it in conjunction with BitMap::set_map(), casting to the appropriate type. Fixes compilation on S390.

dab05a3040 8040798: compiler/startup/SmallCodeCacheStartup.java timed out in RT_Baseline 
Fixes broken memory freeing of compile queue tasks and makes sure that blocking compiles do not hang the VM if compilation gets disabled due to a full code cache.

d6efb99686 8013329: File leak in hotspot/src/share/vm/compiler/compileBroker.cpp 
Added calling of the destructor of CompileLog so that files are closed. Added/moved memory allocation/deallocation of the string that contains the name of the log file to class CompileLog.
