Find_method could return NULL so need explicitly check if there is error after parse_method, exit on error to avoid crash.

8012902: remove use of global operator new - take 2

The fix of 8010992, disable use of global operator new and new[] which caused failure on some tests. This takes two of the bugs also add ALLOW_OPERATOR_NEW_USAGE to prevent crash for third party code calling operator new of jvm on certain platforms.

6830717: replay of compilations would help with debugging

When java process crashed in compiler thread, repeat the compilation process will help finding root cause. This is done with using SA dump application class data and replay data from core dump, then use debug version of jvm to recompile the problematic java method.
