f63547bf71 7145569: G1: optimize nmethods scanning 
Add a list of nmethods to the RSet for a region that contain references into the region. Skip scanning the code cache during root scanning and scan the nmethod lists during RSet scanning instead.

Make sure that MutableNUMASpace::ensure_parsability() only calls CollectedHeap::fill_with_object() with valid sizes and make sure CollectedHeap::filler_array_max_size() returns a value that can be converted to an int without overflow
