Thomas Schatzl 261e7583ab 8069330: Adjustment of concurrent refinement thresholds does not take hot card cache into account Measure HCC processing time separately and remove that time from the calculation of the refinement thresholds.   This file should be located at the top of the hotspot Mercurial repository.

Simple Build Instructions:

    cd make && gnumake
     
  The files that will be imported into the jdk build will be in the "build"
  directory.
