Vladimir Kozlov 2856b9535e 7142167: MAC: _get_previous_fp broken on bsd with llvm-gcc

LLVM-GCC (__llvm__) should use the same _get_previous_fp implementation as __clang__ (as is the case for os::current_stack_pointer).

  This file should be located at the top of the hotspot Mercurial repository.

Simple Build Instructions:

    cd make && gnumake
     
  The files that will be imported into the jdk build will be in the "build"
  directory.
