Zoltan Majo 35bca0df61 8053886: assert(false) failed: Should not allocate with exception pending

Failure caused by allocating method counters. Changed the way counters are allocated (use get_method_counters() instead of build_method_counters())

  This file should be located at the top of the hotspot Mercurial repository.

Simple Build Instructions:

    cd make && gnumake
     
  The files that will be imported into the jdk build will be in the "build"
  directory.
