Antonios Printezis 3cd36270b7 7097002: G1: remove a lot of unused / redundant code from the G1CollectorPolicy class Major cleanup of the G1CollectorPolicy class. It removes a lot of unused fields and methods and also consolidates replicated information (mainly various ways of counting the number of CSet regions) into one copy.   This file should be located at the top of the hotspot Mercurial repository.

Simple Build Instructions:

    cd make && gnumake
     
  The files that will be imported into the jdk build will be in the "build"
  directory.
