Stefan Karlsson 4a33afe6c4 7003125: precompiled.hpp is included when precompiled headers are not used Added an ifndef DONT_USE_PRECOMPILED_HEADER to precompiled.hpp. Set up DONT_USE_PRECOMPILED_HEADER when compiling with Sun Studio or when the user specifies USE_PRECOMPILED_HEADER=0.   This file should be located at the top of the hotspot Mercurial repository.

Simple Build Instructions:

    cd make && gnumake
     
  The files that will be imported into the jdk build will be in the "build"
  directory.
