Added two diagnostic flags, LogTouchedMethods and PrintTouchedMethodsAtExit to list all methods that have been touched at run time. Added new jcmd, VM.print_touched_methods. Reviewed-by: acorn, iklam

cd make && gnumake
The files that will be imported into the jdk build will be in the "build"
directory.
