Gerard Ziemski a00b32c815 8133678: test fails due to 'CICompilerCount=0 must be at least 1' missing from stdout/stderr

We changed the constraint error message formatting for CICompilerCount, but forgot to change the corresponding test.

  This file should be located at the top of the hotspot Mercurial repository.

Simple Build Instructions:

    cd make && gnumake
     
  The files that will be imported into the jdk build will be in the "build"
  directory.
