Goetz Lindenmaier da3339948e 8161258: Simplify including platform files Include patform files with macros cpu_header() etc. Do various cleanups of macro usages. Simple Build Instructions:

    cd make && gnumake
     
  The files that will be imported into the jdk build will be in the "build"
  directory.
