Max Ockner 9cab990401 8079408: Reimplement TraceClassLoading, TraceClassUnloading, and TraceClassLoaderData with Unified Logging
TraceClassLoading,  TraceClassUnloading, and TraceClassLoaderData have been reimplemented using Unified logging.
