Compiler team updated the test by adding a new test case, but due to merging timing it was still using the old constraint error message format, which needed updating Reviewed-by: ctornqvi, hseigel

Simple Build Instructions:
cd make && gnumake
The files that will be imported into the jdk build will be in the "build"
directory.
