Arthur Eubanks ef9ce3be1e 8220083: Use InetAddress.getLoopbackAddress() in place of 127.0.0.1 for some tests
Tests that hardcode "127.0.0.1" fail in an environment where only IPv6 is available and IPv4 is not.
