John Cuthbertson fa3b993423 8010780: G1: Eden occupancy/capacity output wrong after a full GC

Move the calculation and recording of eden capacity to the start of a GC and print a detailed heap transition for full GCs.

  This file should be located at the top of the hotspot Mercurial repository.

  See ../README-builds.html for complete details on build machine requirements.

Simple Build Instructions:

    cd make && gnumake
     
  The files that will be imported into the jdk build will be in the "build"
  directory.
